Preparation Method 4
Spray drying method disodium hydrogen twelve water bath heated to dissolve dissolved, add a small amount of industrial phosphoric acid, adjust pH8.8-9.0, the solution temperature 80-85 ℃, with metering pump to the tank via spray atomization, fog selection of second-rate type of steam-driven nozzle, steam pressure 0.15-0.3 Mpa, atomizer steam flow guide angle with the horizontal 30 °, the vapor-liquid ratio (0.4 to 5): 1. Heat oven gas inlet temperature of 650-750 ℃. Cocurrent drying may also be countercurrent drying. As countercurrent drying, inlet temperature 620-650 ℃, outlet temperature 140 ~ 150 ℃. Finished size is about 90μm 60% moisture content <1%. Anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate prepared products. .
