Domestic imports of cobalt raw materials growth continues to decline. Since 17, the import volume of cobalt raw materials is about 37688 tons, the cumulative growth rate has been increasing, showing 17 years of abundant ore source. From February to July, the cumulative growth trend slowed down to July end, the annual cumulative raw material imports have fallen below 10%, gradually matching 17 demand growth (we measured in depth report of 7.1%), smelting plant inventory or has been gradually restored to normal level.
